The Power of Christ's Sacrifice

Have you ever known you were forgiven but still felt guilty? Forgiven but not at peace. That's what Hebrews 9 addresses. God gave Israel a system of worship that pointed to a better way - the sacrifice of Jesus.
1. The old system was real - but restricted and repeated (v. 1-10).
2. Christ entered once - and finished what sacrifices could not (v. 11-14, 23-26).
3. Christ will appear again - not for sin, but for salvation (v. 15-22, 27-28).
Because of Jesus, you don't need another sacrifice, another mediator, or another chance. You need to rest in the One who is coming again.
